San Foca, a charming location, is one of the five seaside resorts in the municipality of Melendugno. It is located approximately 15 km from the beautiful baroque city of Lecce, the provincial capital, and the same distance from Otranto. The main characteristic of the village is its exquisite sandy beach and stretches of low cliffs that gently slope into the sea. A landmark of San Foca is its tourist port, which separates the two main beaches. The town center is lively with seafood restaurants and lively pubs for a younger audience.
